Setting up autorun in Alligator anti-theft installations looks like this:

1. To activate the service function, the key on the main remote control must be pressed for two seconds. The key fob screen should activate and make one sound.
2. To activate the auto-start option at a certain time, select the indicator in the form of a timer. The remote control should beep. Then the car owner sets the desired time interval from one to 24 hours. To configure, press the corresponding buttons. When you press them, the remote control will emit a signal and the turning lights will blink.
3. To activate the start of the internal combustion engine based on temperature, you must select the appropriate indicator in the form of a thermometer on the display. Numbers will appear on the screen; they correspond to degrees. The temperature at which the internal combustion engine will start is indicated.
4. To complete the automatic start procedure, the button is pressed for two seconds. If you need to disable the autorun option, to do this you need to reset all menu parameters.

Main functions

For such an algorithm to be possible, certain conditions must be met: neutral position of the gearbox lever (or parking mode in automatic transmissions), the parking brake is on, the hood is closed, the ignition is off.

Programmable engine start. Depending on the equipment of the security system, you can set the key fob to autostart either after a certain period of time (every hour, every two hours, etc.), or when a certain ambient temperature is reached (if the temperature drops below -25, -30). The engine will turn off automatically either after a specified time, or when the engine coolant heats up to a certain temperature (for example, up to 80 degrees). This function will come in handy in severe frosts. This will make it easier to start after a long period of parking.

Date and time. Alarm. The display can display information about the current time and date. In addition, you can set an alarm.

Alarm setup. Using the key fob, you can configure some system parameters, such as: the sensitivity of security sensors, turbo timer, turning the siren sound on and off, and so on.

Activation of service mode. You can enable this mode not only by holding down the VALET button, but also by using a key combination on the remote control.

1. Possibility of remote control of vehicle systems. Thanks to the feedback, the driver can quickly reconfigure some system functions without approaching the vehicle.

Some inscriptions and symbols on the key fob screen are not always clear to the user. Let's look at some of these cases:

DISARM means that the car is not in security mode, that it is unlocked. ARM, on the contrary, means that the car is locked. In some cases, this refers to a two-level security regime. In this mode, if you disarm the car by pressing the button with the open lock symbol, all security functions will be disabled, but the engine will remain locked. The keychain will have the inscription ARM on it. After opening the car, the key fob will emit a double signal and a PIN code request will appear on its screen. You will need to enter a pre-programmed code by successively pressing the buttons. Entering the correct code will unlock the engine for a few seconds. DISARM will be written on the screen. After this, start the engine.

The ZZ symbol indicates that the alarm is in service (service) mode, and the key fob is in standby mode. In it you cannot set the car to security.
