Types of electronic panels

The digital panel was produced by Ferrum . The built-in on-board computer in combination with an LED instrument cluster is designated Gamma GF651. The icons on the instrument panel are standard. Thanks to the firmware, full compatibility with cars manufactured before the end of 2015 has been achieved. There is one technical nuance - the activated immobilizer prevents the normal operation of the panel. Therefore, it is necessary to perform a “learning” operation.

A new, unified dashboard should appear on all variants of Granta: sedan, liftback, hatchback and station wagon Lada Kalina.

What are the designations for certain display modes?

As for the ABS indication (5), the stabilization system is working properly if this icon goes out within a couple of seconds after the engine starts.

But the cooling system overheating lamp (7), provided that it is properly controlled, should go out after a 5-second interval after the engine starts running.

If there is an alarm about a brake fluid deficiency (8), then in addition to checking for the optimal level, you should definitely check for critical wear of the pads.

When the engine is running, the airbag status icon (26) should not light up if the active safety system is working properly and is turned on.
