I found on the UAZbook how Borisov’s power steering is easy to adjust the play of the bipod shaft and you can do this directly on the car (and other methods are not interesting). In addition to the usual that you need to twist both sides equally (and pay attention that the position of both sides must be identical, otherwise the shaft will skew) and in one direction, a simple and effective technique is described there - Before adjusting, turn the steering wheel one turn in any direction

After all, when the steering wheel is in a straight position, the play should be minimal and we seem to be up against a wall - it’s inconvenient to turn, the devices bend, you have to knock with a screwdriver. And this does not give the desired result. And to the side of the straight position of the steering wheel, there is more play (and this is normal) and it interferes with adjustment less.
It turned out that by turning the steering wheel and removing the top plastic plug and bending the bottom one, everything turned literally by hand! And to rejoice that everything turns so easily, I turned it all the way and got a tightened steering wheel
