The alarm has a dialogue code, which, according to the manufacturer, is 100% theft-proof. I've had the Passat for over a year now. Drives great, the car hasn't been stolen yet. The controls are convenient, I especially like the large button on the remote control. The key fob itself isn't very petite, but it's comfortable to hold and doesn't drain as many batteries as my previous report.	Not Starline's most successful product. For a small surcharge, you can get the same A96 with a more advanced security system, motion sensor and automatic start. I can’t say that it works poorly, it’s just that the price does not correspond to the quality and functionality.

Starline A62

Three key fobs from the StarLine B62 series turned out to be less stable in the event of a fall; one after another they stopped working when dropped from a height of 1.6 meters. The failure was accompanied by cracks in the LCD display matrix.

The pros and cons are absolutely similar to the A series, but the B series already has 4 additional channels, this allows you to control several devices at the same time.

The StarLine A62 and B62 series alarms are minimally protected against theft and cannot be considered a theft deterrent. However, they can be safely used as part of any security complex, assigning them a number of functions:
