Body
Tuning the VAZ 2107 body is the first thing that drivers do when improving their car. LED strips are used to illuminate the underbody and rims of the car. In addition, they are installed on the door (LEDs light up when opened).

The Troika makes external improvements in different ways. You can install an ultra-modern plastic bumper, equip the design with alternative optics with specialized elements that increase the aerodynamic properties of the car, and replace the wheels. Mudguards
Lada 2107 is equipped with rubber rear mudguards as standard. Their purpose is to protect against dirt getting on the windshields of cars behind them, and the absence of elements is punishable by a fine. However, rubber mud flaps quickly tear and require replacement. Therefore, when tuning a car, they are replaced with polyurethane models. They are stronger and more durable. Mud flaps are also installed in front, they protect the power unit from moisture and dirt, and engine mud flaps are installed, which perform similar functions.
Electric drives for front door windows
Installation of this equipment should not cause major installation difficulties. The most suitable and reliable are Ural lever drives, produced in Sarapul. Their installation is fully described in the attached instructions and simply requires care and leisurely work.
The amount of distortion when lifting the glass will depend on the accuracy of the location of drilling the holes (there are only two of them). This moment is the most difficult in the entire operation of installing electric lifts on the front doors of a car. The control buttons can be placed on the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel, or they can be installed on the central shaft (console) next to the gear selector. The second option seems more comfortable to me.
Salon
After completing the tuning of the exterior, they begin to modify the interior of the car. First of all, they improve sound insulation by replacing insulating materials with more modern ones. Next, seats from foreign cars are installed. For this purpose, seats from Japanese cars produced before 1993 and intended for the domestic market are suitable. In this case, there will be no problems with the fastenings, since they match.
When performing tuning on a VAZ 2107, the interior trim is changed. The interior of the car is decorated in leather or wood, using linings that imitate these materials.
To tune a car, it is necessary to modify the stove, increasing its efficiency, equip the car with an on-board computer and a full-fledged multimedia system, install electric windows and a heated front seat system. You can simply increase the number of chrome elements and install vintage hubcaps - you will get a classic, discreet style.
For fans of compact models, there is an option in which the rear part is cut off, and the car looks completely different.
However, be prepared for the fact that you will have to shorten the driveshaft and abandon the rear passenger seats.

On the VAZ 2107, tuning continues by reworking the car's chassis. To tune the engine, transmission, change the properties of the car’s suspension and improve the braking system of the model, you must have specialized equipment and have certain knowledge and skills. Otherwise, using parts that are incompatible with each other will make using the car dangerous.
Instead of rear drum brakes, disc brakes are installed. They are more effective when braking a car. When tuning, they independently determine the number of gears and reduce the travel of the gear shift control handle. This is done by replacing the long-stroke drawstring with a short-stroke one. As a result, gear shifting will be performed much faster than on a standard equipped VAZ 2107.
When tuning a VAZ 2107, instead of a manual gearbox, an automatic transmission is installed. However, such alterations require large financial investments.
