The coolant, passing through the radiator, is cooled, giving off some of the heat to the surrounding air. The radiator is a tubular-tape radiator with side plastic tanks. The tanks are connected to the radiator frame through rubber sealing gaskets by pressing the support plates along the flanges of the tanks.
