• After you have finished reprogramming the last key fob, the alarm will flash twice and the system will completely exit the mode in which programming was carried out. After registering all the codes, do not perform any actions for several seconds.

Where is the Valet button?

Scher-Khan security systems do not have a separate Valet button, which puts the equipment into programming mode. On equipment from other manufacturers there is a special switch, which is located under the instrument panel or on the processor unit. To enable the service function on the Sherkhan 5, 7, 10 alarm system, you need to disarm the car, and then briefly press keys 1 and 3 located on the end of the communicator.

After pressing the keys, the car emits a short siren signal, which is accompanied by a flash of external lights. On all car alarms, the control diode located in the signal sensor to the owner lights up continuously. A light signal notifies the driver and service station personnel that the security system is in sleep mode. The icon for the headlights and the security mode status flashes 5 times on the communicator; an additional short signal is given by the buzzer.

It is possible to activate the function on the Magicar 7 product without using a communicator:

1. After the security mode is released, press the call sensor multi-function switch for 2 seconds.
2. You should wait for the lights to flash.
3. After the light signal, a 5-second timer is activated; the owner needs to briefly press the toggle switch. An impulse is given by external lamps, and the control diode goes into rapid flashing mode.
4. Enter 1 digit of the password into the memory of the central unit. Programming is carried out in short pulses, the interval between impacts does not exceed 1.5 seconds. 4 seconds are allotted to enter the number; if the driver does not fit within the time limit, the procedure begins again.
5. Wait for the control diode to blink rapidly, and then program the second register.
6. Using a similar scheme, enter the 3rd and 4th password fields.
7. After entering the last digit, a 5-second timer is activated, the driver briefly presses the sensor button. You can pause for 5 seconds, then the Valet mode will be automatically activated.
8. Wait for the siren to sound, confirming that the Valet function has been activated. Simultaneously with the sound signal, the vehicle's external light alarm is activated.

On the Magicar 5 system, it is possible to enable the Valet parameter during an emergency disarming of the security mode. The driver opens the door and the alarm mode starts at the same time. The key is turned three times in the lock from one extreme position to the other, then the ignition circuit is deactivated. Turning off the alarm is accompanied by the start of a 4-second starter lock disabling timer, then the equipment goes into the “Jack” state.

The additional Valet mode used during the programming process is set by a long complex press on buttons 1 and 4 or 2 and 4. The car will sound a single beep with a siren and flash the hazard lights; the communicator display does not show any additional symbols. Then the car owner makes the necessary adjustments in accordance with the tables and recommendations given in the operating instructions.

Autorun setup instructions

Starting the engine is a very convenient function of the security system. After carefully studying the instruction manual, every car enthusiast can start the car using the key fob. Before programming, disarm the car, turn off the ignition, turn off the hands-free mode, and open one door just in case.

Time setting.

1. To enter programming, simultaneously hold down keys 1 and 2.
2. Enter the timed autorun settings by pressing button 4 thirteen times. After each press, the system should emit a single beep.
3. Select the desired autostart time: button 2–8 hours, 3–4 hours, 4–2 hours.
4. Then turn on the timer by clicking keys 2 and 4 simultaneously. The “timer” symbol will appear on the display.

Automatic engine start based on temperature.

1. Enter programming mode: buttons 1 and 2.
2. Press key 4 twenty-one times.
3. Select the required temperature: key 2 – (-15), 3 – (-25), 4 – (+60).
4. Turn on the timer by pressing 2 and 4 simultaneously. The display will show “timer”.

To link a control panel to the Sherkhan 4 Magikar alarm, you need to perform the following steps:

• when the security mode is disabled, activate the ignition;
• hold down the emergency key for 2 seconds;
• after the light signal appears, press the “Valet” button again (the LED element will begin to blink);
• press the 4th button on the remote control, which is registered in the memory of the head unit.

for the Sherkhan Magikr 5 alarm system you can do this:

• turn the ignition on and off by quickly turning the key in the lock;
• after 3 flashes appear, press 1 key on the key fob;
• after the side lights stop flashing, press button 1 of the communicator (the binding is confirmed by the blinking of the headlights);
• using the above method to program unregistered key fobs.

In the Sherkhan 6 model alarm system, the control panel is written as follows:

• within 5 seconds the ignition is turned on and the ignition is deactivated (the turning lights will flash 3 times);
• enter and change the code, turning the ignition on and off the required number of times (after entering each digit, wait 4 seconds);
• press 1 key of the prescribed key fob (this is done within 4 seconds after the light indication turns off);
• The rest of the signaling panels are tied in a similar way.

Communicators 7 and 9 models are programmed as follows:

• the security mode is deactivated, after which the ignition is turned on;
• the button located on the transceiver body is held for 2 seconds (the headlights will blink 1 time);
• within 5 seconds press the owner call button;
• enter the password using the service button the required number of times (the action is accompanied by flashing side lights);
• within 5 seconds press 1 key on the remote control (the rest of the communicators are registered in the same way).

Instructions for activating the new Mobicar A key fob

You can enter three pager codes into the anti-theft system's memory. You can set up a remote control with a screen, as well as a small key fob, using the following algorithm.

1. Activate the ignition three times. If everything is done correctly, the emergency lights will work once. You have entered programming mode.
2. The next step must be completed in four seconds. Press key 1 of the first key fob.
3. Programming exits automatically if you take no action for four seconds.

The control unit has three cells for storing key fob codes. When recording a fourth remote control, the first one will be deleted from memory.

How to use

You need to use Magicar by pressing the buttons on the control panel. A short press corresponds to holding the key for 0.5 seconds. Pressing the button for more than 2 seconds is considered long. When using a key fob, batteries must be replaced regularly. To do this, remove the latch holding the back cover of the case. The cover is removed, after which the old batteries are removed. New batteries are installed in accordance with the polarity. The cover is returned to its place and fixed.

Models Sherkhan 2 and 3

To record Logicar 2, 3 alarm remotes without using PIN codes, repeat the following instructions.

1. Set the mode to “Disarmed”. Activate the ignition and press the Valet button for two seconds. The hazard warning lights will blink once.
2. After 5 s the LED will remain lit continuously. Enter the remote control codes.
3. For 5 sec. click key 1. The emergency light will flash once, confirming the recording. If necessary, enter the code for the second and third switches. If the data is entered successfully, the emergency light will light up once. After you enter the code for the third device, the hazard warning light will blink twice. The system will exit programming on its own.

To exit the remote control recording mode, you must not perform any actions for four seconds. The hazard lights will illuminate once and the system will enter Valet mode.

To program remotes using a PIN code, follow these steps:

1. Switch to Disarmed mode. Turn on the ignition and hold the Valet button for two seconds. The hazard lights will light up once.
2. In a period of five seconds. Press "Jack" once. The LED will flash quickly and the alarm will light up once.
3. Within four seconds, click Valet as many times as the value of the first digit of the code corresponds to. After 4 seconds, the emergency light will flash once, indicating that the first number was entered correctly. The LED should flash quickly.
4. Repeat the previous step for the remaining code numbers. The PIN can contain from two to four digits.
5. After 5 sec. From the moment you entered the last value, the LED will light continuously. You can now enter remote control codes.
6. Within 5 seconds, press key 1 of the first device. The hazard lights will light up once to confirm the recording. Next, enter the code for the second and third remotes. To confirm correct entry, the alarm will light up once. Once you enter the value of the third remote control, the warning lights will flash twice and the system will exit recording.

To exit programming mode, do nothing for four seconds. The hazard warning light will light up once. The system will switch to “Valet” mode.
