Greetings. I’ll say right away that I really don’t like oil racks. My grant comes from the factory with SAAZ 2190-****-00 struts, pure oil ones. For a very long time I waited for them to become unusable so that I could replace them with something better, and now it seems that it has finally happened! They walked (hospitally and miserably) for about 61 thousand kilometers and began to get tired. We ordered racks 11198 from Kalina Sport 1 from a local online store. After waiting for the racks to arrive at the pick-up point, I went to pick them up. They brought me the right rack 11198, which was covered in oil, and instead of the left 11198 they brought out the oil rack 2108. Having lost more time to reorder the necessary parts, in the end they were unable to deliver two normal racks 11198... A nightmare. Having googled “Racks from Priora on a grant”, I didn’t find anything clearly described and decided to experiment because... These gas-oil struts were in stock at the point of delivery and I wanted to say goodbye to the store as soon as possible. I looked at the pictures, figured it out, and found some advantage in that the ground clearance would increase.
I only took the front shock absorbers. The boot, bumper, washers, cup, support bearing, support and plate of the Autoproduct for the increased castor are still original. SKF washed the support bearings, repositioned the balls, and filled them with lubricant. It took about 2 hours to install, for some reason they are not as willing to go back with the subframe as the old racks
