Today I would like to touch on this important topic, namely about famous brands of brushes!
Based on my experience of using various brushes, I finally chose the ideal option for myself, this applies specifically to Vesta! Major brands, not including cheap bills!

There’s no point in talking about the standard brushes, they’re just crap, leaving the showroom they scratched the windshield!

Initially I installed Hyner hybrid

standard sizes for 1k, which in my opinion is not cheap. The quality is not bad, but they are not suitable for a Vesta, they do not wipe the left driver's corner at speed, and in general the pressure is very poor due to the design of the brush, they do not fit a Vesta's forehead!

Next I bought LYNX LW600 and LYNX LW450

winter ones, I drove with them all winter, they are convenient of course (the only plus), but they also have very significant jambs, poor pressure, they don’t clean the driver’s corner and squeak terribly, which infuriates the most, because it’s unbearable, in general, it’s also in the trash!

Conclusion: 1. Standard trash 2. Hyner Hybrid for Vesta trash 3. LynX winter are only convenient in winter because of the cover, all other parameters are trash 4. Bosch aerotwin is an ideal option for Vesta in my opinion! 5. Options like those from Lenta, for example Phantom (with their not cheap price of 800 rubles), after a week or two they begin to blur and creak, they are definitely a garbage dump!

The owners of this car do not complain about the performance of the standard brushes. There is no rush to change them to frameless ones to improve glass cleaning, but the result can be improved. This is not about choosing the manufacturer/company of the accessory, but about the size of the wipers. After taking measurements it turned out that:

Based on these readings, you can install longer blades, which will increase the cleaning area of ​​the windshield. For example, replace the driver's 600 mm brush with 610 mm, or the passenger's 450 mm with 480 mm.

Factory items

The main disadvantage of the standard Lada Vesta windshield wiper blades is that the size is insufficient to optimal condition. The wipers work fine under normal conditions. With the onset of cold weather, drivers experience minor problems with cleaning their windows. The quality of the rubber requires better performance, since the wipers do not fit tightly to the glass.

When it rains, due to the lack of windshields, water flows from the front window onto the glazing of the driver's door, limiting lateral visibility.

1. During the winter season, ice freezes on the factory wiper blades, which reduces the efficiency of the wipers. And the very mobility of the wipers in cold weather worsens greatly.

2. The Vesta wipers themselves have a rather flimsy design.

3. Since the factory size of the Lada Vesta SV windshield wiper blades is 600 mm and 450 mm, and the size of the glass is slightly larger, areas that are not completely cleaned remain. This problem can be solved quite simply - replace it with larger wipers.

The dimensions of the standard Lada Vesta windshield wiper blades are as follows:

2. Passenger - 450 mm.

There were no particular complaints about these components. However, if you choose a different size, the cleaning of the windshield can be improved.

The standard size of the rear brush is 280 mm. You can increase the cleaning area by installing a larger brush. For example, a 330 mm brush (Bosch 3 397 011 306). It is 2.5 cm longer and has a slightly different shape for a stick-hook (the original one is more square, while the Ford one is rounded), but it fits perfectly.

Rear wiper for Vesta

By the way, the mounts on the brushes are ordinary hooks, as we are accustomed to seeing on all Asian cars (Toyota, Nissan, Kia, etc.) and domestic ones (Priora, Kalina).

To replace, you can use brushes of a larger size - 610 mm and 480 mm. They stand up great and clean better. The rear brush is 30 cm from the factory, but you can safely set it to 33 cm.

By manufacturer, we can mention Denso brushes (expensive, but worth it) and Lynx (cheap, but enough for a year and a half). Bosch also copes with the task, judging by the reviews, but I personally have never used them.

You can improve your windshield wipers by choosing larger sizes. Choosing another manufacturer does not lead to changes. Only installing brushes of optimal length improves cleaning. The wiper should be 610 mm on the driver's side and 480 mm on the passenger side.

This suggests the conclusion that you should not experiment in the middle of winter, but rather install wipers measuring 610 mm and 450 mm.

The standard rear wiper size is 280 mm. You can increase the glass cleaning area using a 300 mm wiper. The Bosh Rear H 301 model is suitable for this.

Frameless wipers for Vesta with hook mount

Frameless

The name speaks for itself - these are windshield wipers without a frame. There is no removable part. The wiper is a solid part made of plastic with a flexible steel plate in the center, which ensures that the blade is pressed against the glass. Frameless wipers are sensitive to bending, so they are produced for specific car brands.

A wiper installed from another car may not fit into the design and may leave scratches during operation. Has advantages:

• easy cleaning from ice;
• good aerodynamics.

Frameless brushes have disadvantages such as high price and short service life.

Brushes from RainBlade Advanced are the best option in terms of price and quality. The models are new releases, customers have appreciated the advantages, and demand for them is constantly increasing. Hybrid

Hybrid wipers embody the qualities of frameless and frameless models:
