Vladislav, I had similar garbage twice. The symptoms are: there is no voltage at the fuel pump control relay. But I’m guilty of a crookedly installed or defective alarm system - it blocks the engine (and the key fob sometimes glitches), but I’m not going to hit the officials in the face just yet - there’s a lot to do, and besides, I want to time the visit to coincide with scheduled maintenance. How I treat it: I directly throw the wire from the + battery to the corresponding terminal of the fuel pump and that’s how I start. I warm up the engine, then turn it off, disconnect the wire from the battery and start it in normal mode. About 10 minutes for everything. Something like that.

Several times the car did not start. I got into the habit of accelerating before turning on the engine. It helped. But at the service station I was advised not to start the engine right away. First turn on the electronics (key in the second position), wait until the sensor (gas pump) goes out and then start it. Lately I’ve been following the recommendation and have no problems. Disassembly and inspection

You should check the armature of the device, the operation of the return spring, and after removing the back cover, the condition of the brush group. Before assembly, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned with gasoline and dried. Be sure to add lubricant to the gears and treat the bearings (bushings) with engine oil. Before installing the solenoid relay, apply a layer of sealant to its surface in contact with the starter cover.
