G-Drive fuel has been offered on the market for several years now, but many consumers still do not know about it. This is a product that contains special additives. According to the manufacturer, they increase the drive power of a passenger car by 10% or more, help improve the intensity of
There are many analogues of G Drive 95 gasoline. The main ones are Pulsar gasoline, Ecto-95 produced by Lukoil, V-Power developed by Shell. Each of them has its own original composition, including additives. Information about them is difficult to obtain.
The fuel contains additives KEROPUR 3458N (manufactured by BASF) and Afton Hitec 6473 (product of Afton Chemicals). Information about this can be found on the websites of global additive manufacturers.
Testing of G Drive showed advantages over traditional types of gasoline. They, first of all, consist of increasing torque, engine power, and reducing start inertia. These advantages were identified in passenger cars with engine power up to 110 hp. With. On vehicles with direct injection engines, traction increases.
G Drive 95 fuel has characteristics similar to 98 grade gasoline, but is slightly inferior to it. In terms of quality, it corresponds to Euro-5 class. Its advantages include reducing carbon deposits on spark plugs and dirt on engine parts. The additives included in the composition are harmless. When using them, generally accepted precautions must be observed. The main advantage of the fuel is an increase in engine torque and power as a result of a reduction in involuntary losses due to mechanical friction.

The main differences between G-Drive 95 and more common types of fuel mixture
What is the difference between traditional gasoline 95 and G Drive 95? The difference is clearly visible in consumer reviews. She is into the tricks of making the composition. A complex of active additives, primarily additives, increases engine performance and its service life. They also help improve the vehicle's wear protection.
Gazpromneft fuel has some differences from traditional gasoline. The effectiveness of the composition lies in preventing excessive friction of engine parts and achieving its productive and uniform operation. So:
- Improved fuel helps increase the power of the internal combustion engine by 10-12%. It improves the acceleration dynamics of the car and differs from traditional gasoline in providing more reliable protection of parts from wear. The active additives included in the complex reduce deposits on the injector. The vehicle retains its factory parameters longer, increasing the service life of the vehicle.
- For passenger cars with high mileage, GDrive improves the performance of the internal combustion engine. It contains anti-corrosion additives, they protect the engine from destruction. As a result, the costs of its repair and maintenance are reduced.
- Gasoline from Gazpromneft reduces the cost of refueling a car. This is possible due to the reduction in its consumption during combustion in the internal combustion engine. In addition, the amount of harmful impurities in exhaust gases is reduced.
What happens if you mix 80 and 95 gasoline?
So, from 80 gasoline
to get 92nd you need to
mix
80th with 95m in a ratio of exactly 1 to 4m. that is, we mix 10 liters of 80th and 40 liters of 95th, and we get 92nd. Gasolines dissolve well in each other, and we get the octane number we need.

We decided to test the new product not only on cars. To do this, we invited biker Andrei Aksenov. He heads the technical assessment and assessment department in the expert room and approached the test drive with all the seriousness inherent in his profession.
Andrey arrived at the gas station on a Harley Davidson Sportster. Aksenov modified the bike’s engine so that it accelerates from 80 to 120 km/h in 2 seconds. This is the fastest Sportster in Siberia. On it in 2015, he drove 1,723 km in 22 hours, thus completing. In 2018.

The biker evaluated the new gasoline not only subjectively, but also based on the readings of the on-board computer. It took into account the temperature of the cylinder heads and fuel efficiency - the ratio of the volume of fuel mixture consumed to engine volume.
Aksenov was critical. He already had a negative experience: he once drove a Honda Fit from Primorye and filled up the small car with some premium fuel at one of the local gas stations. The result is that fuel consumption on the highway increased from 6 to 10 liters, and green soot remained on the spark plugs.
Aksenov usually fills his motorcycle with AI-95. “I try not to pour low-octane,” he says. “And nowadays 92 is already low-octane.”

Why has Jidrive already started being sold in the EU? It seems they sell fuel with less sulfur... The main thing is from which refinery the fuel comes to us. It’s no secret that they wrote about pumping out “contaminated” oil and were going to use it to produce fuel for us, since they don’t take that kind of thing over the hill. I don’t know who agrees to add such oil, but I think all of ours will, if they haven’t already. Here is the July news: www.finanz.ru/novosti/akt…rossiyskie-npz-1028363969
I've been riding it for as long as I can remember.
It looks like Gazpromneft G-DRIVE 95 gasoline is normal. You can pour it. Every day. Detergent additives used: - BASF KEROPUR 3458N A simple and popular detergent additive that also has anti-corrosion properties and binds water. There are no friction modifiers. — Afton Hitek 6437L Used in Lukoil Ecto fuel. An advanced analogue of KEROPUR 3458N, with the addition of a friction modifier. The simplest additive with a friction modifier. Applicable since at least 2009. — Afton Hitek 6473 Used in Gazpromneft G-Drive fuel. Judging by the name, it is more advanced compared to Hitek 6437L (Lukoil Ecto). — BASF Keropur 3619T Another detergent additive with a friction modifier. Used in BP Ultimate and TNK Pulsar gasoline. Relatively new, not used until 2009, like Hitek 6437L and 6473. Added to gasoline together with 3458N. Pulsar and Ultimate contain the same advanced additive packages, but BP has 25% higher additive content in line with the company's marketing strategy.
The reasons for the disappearance of AI-95 at Astrakhan gas stations have been revealed
At gas stations of the Gazprom network in the Astrakhan region, problems with AI-95 gasoline are still observed. After a brief appearance, he disappeared again. So, today our correspondent managed to find it only at one gas station in the network - located in the village of Rychansky. Of the four gas stations in the regional center that I visited today, there was no “ninety-fifth” at any of them.
The price of AI-95 at Gazprom gas stations, where it is available, meanwhile, has increased once again in a week (by 35 kopecks) and is 48 rubles 50 kopecks per liter. The fuel shortage extends far beyond the Astrakhan region - there is not enough “ninety-fifth”, in particular, at gas stations of the same network in the Krasnodar Territory, and in the Lipetsk and Voronezh regions. And this is not surprising - after all, the reasons are far from local in nature.
At the moment, there is a shortage of AI-95 gasoline throughout the Russian market. According to the President of the Fuel Market Association, Alexey Trepalin, a number of factors led to it. The first is the coronavirus pandemic. Due to restrictive measures in early April, the demand for fuel dropped sharply and factories had to reduce its production volumes and undergo preventive maintenance. At the end of April, demand began to grow sharply - and supply could not keep up with it. Which automatically leads to a shortage of fuel and an increase in wholesale prices for it.
The situation was complicated by a ban on fuel imports from Belarus and Kazakhstan, as well as a decrease in the percentage of mandatory fuel sales on the exchange. The latter means that independent companies now have fewer opportunities to buy fuel - large vertically integrated oil companies began to keep it for themselves, for sale on their own networks.
According to the president of the Fuel Market Association, the state now needs to make decisions to normalize the situation. Otherwise, this could lead to social consequences, both due to a shortage of fuel and a sharp rise in its prices. In particular, independent fuel companies insist on the return of the previous mandatory percentage of fuel sales on the exchange, the lifting of the ban on fuel imports and the revision of the damper mechanism.
Off-road test
Gazprom Neft has been supporting the Silk Road Rally for several years, providing its organizers with the opportunity to refuel at their gas stations during the race. But this time the company became not just a fuel partner, but a real participant in the rally, sending a fuel tanker filled with five tons of Diesel Opti along with the caravan. His combat mission included refueling media crews with famous journalists and bloggers on board who agreed to participate in the experiment.
“This was the first such experience for us,” says Yana Belyakova, Deputy General Director for Marketing at Gazpromneft Center. “Of course, we were confident in the quality of our fuel, but here it had to be tested under extreme loads, and then broadcast the results in real time.”
For the purity of the experiment, four completely new Land Rover cars were taken as test cars. During the two weeks of the rally, they traveled almost 10 thousand kilometers - from Moscow to Xi'an, China. For most of the way, to the border with China, the cars were refueled exclusively with Diesel Opti, and for the Chinese section of the race they stocked up on the already native fuel to the maximum. “Last year I went to the Silk Road, and in Kazakhstan our car stopped working due to poor-quality diesel fuel,” famous autoblogger Anton “Avtoman” Vorotnikov shares his impressions of participating in the race. “This year we were accompanied by a fuel truck with a Diesel Opti, and the car drove perfectly. On one stretch, I even set a personal record for fuel consumption: 5.7 liters per 100 km. This is an impressive result for a large SUV.”
No less impressive was the result of checking the fuel system of the cars after the race, when they were delivered back to Moscow. Here, in addition to standard diagnostics, technical experts examined the condition of the fuel, oil and air filters and checked the oil. And then we carried out additional computer diagnostics. Investigations showed that the fuel system and engine remained as new. This is exactly the result for which the experiment was started. “We chose the Silk Road as a universal platform for testing fuel before introducing it to the mass market, and we were not mistaken,” says Yana Belyakova. “Diesel Opti has proven that it can be poured not only into trucks that will endure anything, but also into expensive SUVs with a sensitive fuel system.”
Having been tested by Siberian frosts, summer heat and the off-road conditions of Eurasia, the innovative fuel will replace conventional diesel fuel at all Russian gas stations of the Gazprom Neft network by the end of the year.
